Warranty and returns

Terms of the watch warranty:
1. A guarantee is provided for 12 seats from the HighWay store for all watches.
2. The warranty applies to breakdowns caused by the fault of the manufacturer;
3. Repair of defective parts and related work is carried out free of charge;
4. The warranty does not apply:

when the watch is hit/dropped;
on a battery or strap;
on the body and elements that do not relate to the mechanism;
in case of water (except for models with water resistance of 5 atmospheres);
when parts or buttons are lost from the watch

5. Water resistance. In models with water resistance of 50 meters (5 atmospheres), you can swim and take a shower. It is not recommended to use a stopwatch under water (press any buttons) or dive deeper than two meters. In the event of a sharp temperature drop, manufacturers allow fogging of the screen. Ingress of water due to improper use of the watch is not covered by the warranty.

6. Watches are accepted for repair/exchange only in the presence of a warranty card. Keep the coupon at the time of purchase.

Returns

The product can be returned within 14 days of receiving it by the delivery service or after pickup.

Products subject to return:

if their packaging is not damaged (those that are packed)
which were not used (the size did not fit, for example)
Returns are made within 14 days.

The cost of return is paid by the customer.

After receiving the return, we return the funds to the client.
